Wife admitted child in expensive school and filed 125 crpc

She admitted child in expensive school and for many other things after leaving our house without informing. Never consulted with me on above things. Now filed 125 crpc claiming big amount. Does the law allow this?

1. you have to approach the court and produce sufficient documents and convince the court for proper remedy or take defence. 2. your advocate must submit properly regarding your income and expenses and to your wife filed a case without consulting you to the expensive school where you can't afford
