Wife abusing in the name of caste

I have married ( inter caste) six years ago having 2 child from past three years we are living away from mom as per my wife wish now past 1 year she abuse making fight in home and abusing in the name of my caste ( dalit) I have recorded in phone . Kindly advise and also black mailing of false cases

hi if your wife is abusing and harassing you then you could file for divorce on the ground of physical and mental torture in court and also if she is threatening to file false cases then you could defend them

Do not worry about false cases. First you decide whether you wanna live with her or not. After that you may take appropriate legal steps. Be patient and do remember that you also have rights. you can also file cases against her to protect your Rights.
