Why should men fill RCR when women don't value RCR degree after getting men favour and running it for 2 to 3 years .Is it not valid if suppose a lay man call wife by any means to re-join like messages or whatsapp or though old fashion letters why those efforts can't be treated equally valid grounds at par with RCR and then file for diverse along with 498A annexure attachment

If women will not follow the order of the Court, it will amount to Contempt of Court, and that is a punishable offence. You can try sending Legal Notice calling her back, but in most of the cases that I have seen, no one honours such Legal Notice yet exceptions are always there.
