Who keeps jewellery which is given by boy side

Who is eligible to keep that jewellery which is given by in laws in marriage?

All the jewellery and other articles gifted from either side to the bride is considered to be the stridhan of that particular bride and she is at the liability to dispose it according to her will. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Any jewellery given to a woman either by her family or husband’s families or by anyone else becomes her stridhan she
Has complete right over it
So she can claim it
It’s also same for other valuable they all become stridhan

As per Indian Law the gifts, jewellary etc given to the bride at the time of marriage and thereafter by her parents , in-laws or relatives becomes the Stridhan of the wife and she will be an absolute owner of the same. You may consult for detailed consultation.
