which procedure is best for the divorce in my situation

The person whom I married lives in US & we never stayed together atleast for a month from date of marriage there are a lot of issues in thi smarriag elike trust issue & third party interference etc If I file for a divorce how much time it will take for the procedure since he lives in US does he need to attend in court my visa also got rejected twice

hi if you want to apply for divorce then you could file it on groumds of mental amd physical cruelty and other reasons amd that there are no comptability betwèen the parties and you coulf send summons throungh embassy
