Which cases can a wife file directly in highcourt

Can I file 498A and dvc directly in highcourt? or atleast one directly in highcourt ?

DVC means treated as an offence Under Section 498-A of the Penal Code, 1860. hi if you want to file 498A case then you need to file it in police station and for DVC case you need to file it in district court and you cannot approach high court directly as the jurisdiction is vested upon the lower courts
