Whether should go for Divorce or not?

24-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am Hindu, got married in Feb 2019.After marriage everything was going well but slowly slowly I came to know that my husband has hidden so many financial things from me.He lied about his salary, never told me about his debts, loans. Then also we managed to solve this issue as I am also earning but we also had fights several times on different topics.Sometimes I have crossed the limit sometimes he had but still we were happy together. After 10-11 months his brother came here to live with us and after that all the things started. My husband started showing me his other face. His family & brother started interfering in everything & started controlling, they have totally brainwashed my husband. Now the situation is my husband started ignoring, saying that I am nobody to him & I have no any concerned with him & even I do not have any right upon him & on his money which has broken me a lot.Bcz of his family interference I am feeling sick & tortured.I really want to get out of this with/out divorce.

First of all try settling it mutually. Since this is gonna affect both of your's life then you both should mediate whether you wants to give it an another try or else wants to separate. Otherwise if you really wants to get out of that relationship eith or without divorce then you have two option which are- Without Divorce - You can approach the court with a petition for judicial seperation and seek the court to separate you both for some time after which you will not be legally obliged to fullfil your matrimonial obligations. With Divorce - You can file for divorce due to cruelty (both physical and mental). Court will decide the case after hearing you both on merits.

Hello, I understand the problem but I would like to advise you to take the help of Court mediation before entering into a divorce. it might help both the parties to discuss the issue before professionals, also you should give 2nd chance to sort out all problems. For further information kindly feel free to call.
