Where can i file a case if my wife is refusing to stay with me

my wife is refusing to live with me in force of her parents. i cant left here. what can i do. tell me briefly. what estimate expense.

अब आप दाम्पत्य पुनर्स्थापना का प्रार्थना पत्र पेश कर सकते हो आप उनके द्वारा आपका त्याग करने के आधार पर । ओर कनहा पेश करना है इसके लिए आपको अपना धर्म बताना होगा अगर आप हिंदू हो तो सेशन न्यायालय ओर मुस्लिम हो तो सिविल न्यायाधीश

आपकी पत्नी ने आपके साथ में रहने से इंकार किया है इस संबंध में पारिवारिक न्यायालय में दांपत्य अधिकारों की पुनर्स्थापना हेतु परिवाद दायर कर सकते हैं इसके अलावा जहां पर पारिवारिक न्यायालय नहीं है वहां पर सत्र न्यायालय में भी दायर किया जा सकता है इसके अलावा आप अपनी पत्नी को कोर्ट के जरिए अधिसूचना कर कोर्ट मैं ए डी r सेंटर मैं विवाद का निपटारा आपस में समझा कर निपटारा किया जा सकता है इन मामलों में अलग-अलग एडवोकेट अपनी फीस का निर्धारण कम से कम ₹5000 अधिकतम 50 हजार तक वसूल करते हैं धन्यवाद

You can file petition under section 9 of hindu marriage act .conjugal right .it's depends on your Lawyers because fess is different.so fess is 11 thousand,and more expenses. Other details not possible at .

1. At the place of your marriage . OR
2. At the place where you live .

Yes of course there is under section 9 of The Hindu Marriage Act,1955 which provides that either of the spouse can file the petition for the Restitution of conjugal rights, if the defaulting spouse has left the petitioning spouse without any sufficient cause. If the defaulting spouse despite the order does not reconcile after the order has been passed, it would culminate into a ground of divorce if for one year after the order of restitution she does not come back.

It is further advisable to file it as soon, because that would further justify your bonafide and willingness to stay to gather.
