When one party is a foreigner and other party India mutual divorce

Hi, I am a Sri Lankan married to an Indian. Looking for mutual divorce where I do not have to appear. I do not have any family in India to give a power of attorney. There was no wedding and we didn’t live together after marriage.How does court do special cases like this?

Dear Sir, You have to approach International Advocates to guide you properly. If your marriage is under the provisions of Special Marriage Act in India then find out one of your friend to act as Power of Attorney and file a Mutual Divorce and have video conference with the mediator or the Judge. Thus, you may get Mutual Divorce without visiting India.
