When a bhoth parties are redy for divorce? And get a divorce on agreement then how many months to take divorce and i can null this wating time on divorce?
the prescribed period by law is 6 months as a cooling period between the parties to resolve their dispute. however, the said period can be waived off by filing an application before the court to that effect
