Whats the procedure of transferring divorce case

My husband applied for mutual divorce in Maharashtra. How can I get this transferred to Telangana?

you have to file a transfer case at supreme court. so that the case filed by your husband can be transferred. in the mean while appoint an advocate for maharashtra and send the relevant papers to a Supreme Court advocate of your choice.

hi you should file a petition in Supreme Court seeking transfer of the mutual divorce case to Telangana as that it would be difficult to travel and that you are resident of Telangana and that it would become difficult to travel

you should approach a good lawyer in your locality and move a transfer petition in Supreme Court with a pray to transfer the case to a family court in your district. meanwhile you have to file a petition in your local court for restitution of conjugal rights.
