What you suggest to do if mediator cheated and not filed terms and conditions in your case.

you should not attend Court to finalise mutual divorce. lodge complaint with Judge and director of mediation. you will get justice. Such things happening if the litigants are little negligent. You may ask your Advocate as to how it happened.

you can report the matter to the concerned court and submit to court that you do not agree to the terms and conditions and ask to refer some other mediator if you have valid reasons that the mediator is not doing his duty.
