Madam there are many ways to get out of this solution you can either Fila a case against him for divorce and you can claim alimony from him and also maintenance and if you want to live together with him you can say that in court also

This depends on weather you want to divorce him or not. And since he seems to have made up his mind not to live with you then the question comes up that do you wish to claim your rights through the court of law. This case needs to be discussed at length to give a suitable solution.

Hi,
As per your query you are married in august 2016 and he wants divorce . Does he holds any proof of your messages and any call data which can be used against you in future as a proof . Only discussion is not a problem with friends but if it not on personnel front. No need to worry just try to avoid your talks with friends and other people as your husband does not like it . Secondly what is the solution you are looking from the legal front . Call us through the website to assist you further .

Madam,

No need to worry. Let your husband file for divorce and once you receive notice from the family court, appear before the court and contest the case strongly to dismiss the case. Also, as soon as he files for divorce, immediately lodge a complaint with the police and get them register FIR against your husband under Section 498A IPC. You can also file a case of domestic violence and maintenance in the jurisdictional magistrate court and claim various reliefs envisaged under the act for your welfare. I hope this helps.
