What to do if wife is not ready to give divorce ?

Agar apki shadi Hindu reeti rivaz se hui hai or Agar apki patni divorce ke liye razi nahi hai toh aap pareshan karne ka(cruelties) ko ground banakar bhi talaq ka case dal sake ho Hindu marriage act ke andar.

Mr. Kamal divorce is a very big decision, as per you i think this is a situation where adjustment is an issue, try to talk to her and her parents. Involve the elders of the both the families and let them take a decision. Try to understand why your wife behaves like that. If elders involvement doesnot give result, try going out to a marriage counselor. I hope it will work and if not then you are left with no option but to apply for divorce for cordial living of both the partners. You can consult an advocate with proper facts of your case and then he can file petition on proper grounds for divorce.

You can get divorce when you can prove desertion or cruelty in most of the grounds apart from others mentioned in Hindu marriage act. Incidences written by you is not a solid ground of divorce. You have to tell your story in details for proper advice.

Hi, the things mentioned by you fall in the category of cruelty by wife and you can file the case on this ground itself i.e. cruelty. There are many cases in which the divorce is granted on the grounds of cruelty.

Dear sir!

Please file a case of divorce on the ground of cruelty. If you’ll be able to prove it, then even though she is not willing to give divorce, court will give you a decree of divorce.
