What to do if wife has put false allegations of impotency on me

Our marriage lasted for only 2 months. My wife left me in 2 months to go to her parents home with reason she is not feeling well and have some environmental change.Within 2 months, she gave numerous reason for not having sexual intercourse like she require sometime to get comfortable and not feeling well, etc. Now after going to her parents home she has put allegations of impotency on me. What should i do. 1 year is not completed for our marriage.

the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which deals with restitution of conjugal rights, reads: “When either the husband or the wife has, without reasonable excuse, withdrawn from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may apply, by petition to the district court, for restitution of conjugal rights

Now u have to make a decision whether u want her back or u want to give her divorce. if u want her back then file RCR or if u want to give her divorce file divorce. as your information is not proper if u want telephonic conversation I am available.

Sorry to know about your situation. You may file a private complaint before the Magistrate against your wife and in laws either of cheating or of defamation or both. If you want her to continue cohabitation then you may file...
