What to do if the husband asks to leave the house

My nephew got married 3yrs back and had baby girl 5 months back. Both are regularly flight's. Now the Husband saying that she need to leave home. So please suggest me what happens to the baby, as a mother she don't want to leave the baby. So need your suggestion. Both are software employees and short temper..

The Baby will be with the mother only. The baby is too small to be with the husband. Why should the husband send the girl out of the house? Let the girl not come out of the house. If necessary the girl can file for restitution of conjugal rights to live with the husband. If you need any further advice/assistance, you may contact me.
