Before 6 months My boyfriend forcefully married to me in arya samaj without my parents . We are living separately. But now my parents want to marry with some one else. How can i married other person in shory period of time.. If that my ex-boyfriend is not ready for my second marriage

You may file a Police Complaint with regard to forceful marriage and blackmailing and if you have any witnesses get their statement recorded before Police. The Consent of parents is not necessary to solemnize marriage. You can challenge the validity of marriage in court if you ex boyfriend restrain you from getting married.

Hi, your seems more to be a personal issue rather than legal. First you have to decide whether you want to remarry again? If yes, then you have to get a divorce from your husband if that is a legal marriage. It takes time.
