What to do if husband accesses wife's account during divorce process

While the divorce process is going on, if Husband still access the wife bank account through Net-banking, what can be done against him ? Its not a joint account. It's a PF account on wife name but amount deposited by husband. From last 1 year, husband wife living separately and Divorce has been filed by Husband. In last court petition he presented wife bank statement of her PF account and we were surprised how come he got it. Then we realized he has her netbanking username & password. Can we file any case against husband on this ground.
