what to do if false dowry case is registered under whole family

my sister in law committed suicide on 28th of September. after which her parents have filed false case against our family that we demanded dowry and we killed her. buy the truth is she committed suicide by hanging on the ceiling. brother has been put behind bars and due to holidays bail is also not able to get. we dont know the reason behind her suicide but we just know that she had some chats to her ex boyfriend the day before she suicide. help because we are innocent.
Firstly you have to move for bail or anticipatory bail. You have also to contest the case showing all the evidence with you to prove your innocence. You have to collect all the evidence which is in favor of you and keep it before the court

I have gone through your query prima facie what inspires from your query is that your family and your brother have been registered under Section 498-A and 304-B r/w Section 34 of the IPC which is a serious punishable offence
But you have to wait till the trial starts and for the same reason Bail will also be not entertained
U will have to wait for Trial to begin and examination of witnesses the onus to proof is with the prosecution side so they will have to establish the case to the fullest only after the trial begins you can approach the High Court under CrMP and get the criminal case which is false according to you quashed
What best defence you can take is that there was no deamnd of dowry during the time of marriage also if no suicide note was recovered from the death site but the fact remains it will not be a complete saviour for u
Just wait for the trials nd keep moving the bail on time
