Mam,
Has the summons been served on you? If so even if you go to your matrimonial home chances are he will not talk to you but you can try .If the matter is going on in the court
you can talk to him during counselling sessions with the marriage counselor in court which is mandatory. You can contact me for detailed discussion,

YES, YOU HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO VISIT YOUR HUSBANDS HOUSE. THIS IS ALSO YOUR MATRIMONIAL HOUSE.IF YOUR MATTER IS ALREADY IN THE COURT SINCE YOU SAID HE HAS ALREADY APPLIED FOR IT, YOU CAN INFORM THE JUDGE ABOUT YOUR WISHES. NO NEED TO HIRE AN ADVOCATE AT THIS STAGE, DIRECTLY GO TO THE JUDGE AND REQUEST FOR A COUNSELLING. THERE ARE CERTIFIED MARRIAGE COUNSELORS APPOINTED BY EACH COURT. THEY WILL MAKE YOU BOTH TALK TO EACH OTHER. IN CASE OF ANY FURTHER LEGAL ASSISTANCE YOU CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH ME.

You can contest the divorce petition. Meanwhile at the stage of counselling you can mention it to the counsellor that you do not want to get divorce for reasons. You have right to stay in his house and enter his house. You can file a case for domestic violence if does not allow you to enter your marital house. Kindly provide me with more details for more detailed advice and guidance. For any further clarification kindly book a consultancy call.
