Whether Divorce is a criminal complaint? What is the procedure involved in divorce? All are telling me file DV against my husband family torture. My husband deserted me without sufficient cause past 1 month. They r influential persons. V r poor. Hence, I'm asking whether i will get justice in DV?
Hi, Divorce is not a criminal case, it is a family case. If your husband has deserted you then you dont file a DV, instead you go to nearest police station and file a complaint and ask for compensation.
