Aisa nahi hai, decree me rime jarur lagta hai but sirf ek hafte ka uske baad aap apply karke le sakte ho, aap certified copy apply kar do aur le lo, certified copy ka form court se milta hai aur nominal fee ke sath jama hota hai

We can provide the necessary support for this purpose to make the divorce decree available. Transfer of judge does not make any difference in your divorce proceedings.

Hello,
For the query you posted, I would suggest the following:

You can always engage a lawyer to apply for the decree as well get to know whether the case has been decreed or not.
For this you need to be giving the case details to the lawyer concerned and thereafter he/she shall provide you with concerned services.

I hope this answers your query.

Hi,

Understand your problem, practically if Six months gone after filing petition and if both the parties agrees than judge declare the nullity of marriage.
In your case as stated by you, dont worry you can directly go to court and talk to the reader about the details of the case. He will tell you and guide you about the same and tell you the exact situation of your case, and don't worry advocate cannot delayed the decree.
If still you face the problem, will help you to get it solve.
