Q: What is show cause notice in passport office, please advise what to do

I have received a show cause notice from the passport office, claiming that I suppressed material information in my application. The notice states that I need to submit documents, but it does not specify which ones. I had an adverse police verification report. How should I respond to the notice? The notice does not ask me to visit the passport office in person; they have only asked for a suitable explanation for the passport show cause notice.

Sir, mera 15 march ko mutual divorce k 2nd motion ho gya tha, mene koe apna personal lawyer ni rkha, ek he lawyer the jo ki mere husband k v the nd meri traf se v the, but abi tk mere husband k lawyer ne muje koe v proof or decree provide ni ki, nd ab wo reason de rhe k decree k process mai time lg rha hai, or judge k transfer ho gya hai, please ap suggest kro ki es condition m kya kru, qki muje doubt v hota hai, jo lawyer hai ho skta h wo mere husband ko support kr rhe nd janbujh kr decree k liye delay kr rhe. Dear clientU may personally apply for get to the certified copies of the order sheet. In this process u have to fill a form of certified copy and apply to the copy agency.After getting such copies u will be aware of the fact of case.In furtherance u have to consult with lawyer.

Q: Cheque bounce case against undated cheque given 3 years ago,what to do

Need Legal advise on Section138.
1. I gave an undated Cheque 3 years back to a person as a security of some businesses we were running.
2. Now he has filled dateamount by his own and went to bank branch for withdrawl.
3. Bank said Vide memo "Due to insufficient Balance".
4. Now he has filed Section 138 in court after 4 years.
5. Although all the business terms were settled up and now he is using this as his personal benefit and blackmailing us.
Note:- He does not have any proof of any debt or liability on me. And neither me has any proof of said cheque given to him as a security.

Q: Travel agency not refunding money. What action can I take?

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I had booked mussoorie trip from AllIndiaHoliday travel agency. In starting of planning i was about to start my trip on 15/02/2017, So i paid full about according to 15/02/2017 day cost. But after checking airlines ticket, i decided to start my trip on 16/02/2017 as airline ticket was chip. So that extra amount which i paid for 15/02/2017 date , now he is not returning. Every day he is saying, sir today i will return, and that today never coming. Please help me. Thanks in Advance.
