My boyfriend got married recently, but he wants to get divorced amd come back to marry me. How long should he wait to apply for a divorce and how long will it take for him to get divorced. The couple are christians

he has to apply for Divorce under Indian Divorce Act. if the spouse is willing for divorce, it can be by way of mututal consent divorce and court will pass judgement, if not through mutual consent, the divorce process takes time in court round about a year.
