Actually I am a married woman... There was many problems in my married life.it was completely upon my parent's wish it happened .... And once I asked for divorce too but they sent me back to him and which I really dint want to..this marriage lacked care affection and love. .. And in this made me attracted towards some other guy....Because I was lacking care and love in my married life and this ended in an extramarital affair....But I am planning to take a big step to run away without letting anyone know about it...... So I want to know abt the legal rules that can help in getting divorced even if I run away far from home place...

If you are not able to lead a good marital life with your hudband you can go for a divorce.You have to file a divorce petition before the Family court where you reside permanently. If your husband is ready both of you can file the joint petition.

First you get divorce from the court, other wise, the second marriage will be null and void.
