I am a post graduate but my husband is not letting me to go for a job because he don't like to send our daughter to day care centre. Two months ago he bought a puppy to our apartment with out informing me. I don't like pets but now I have to take care of it during day time which is head ache for me. I am fed up with these things. Do you think you should divorce for the reasons mentioned by you. First and foremost your kind of mentality people shouldn't get married to any one because you can't love anybody except you. Marriage requires patience, love, caring and understanding, by reading your words it shows already you are bored with institution of marriage and you are not able to sacrifice any thing for your family and kid. If you are finding problem with puppy discuss about the inconvenience with your husband and sell it off or give it to some body what's the big deal in it. Day care people don't take proper care and kids need more attention of parents and try to understand that. If you still can't cope-up with the situation then you are free to take the decision to file divorce as per your wish.

Indian courts never pass decree of divorce on petty things but it will be another head ache for you. Try to adjust with real life. Woman after marriage get second life and she has to adjust with that environment or take the laws in to your hand and give them trouble as you like.

For you to file divorce, there has to be some ground like cruelty, desertion, adultery, impotency, etc., If you want to clai, that him not sending you to work is cruelty and taking care of a pup is cruelty, you can try on that ground
