What is the procedure in divorce case once it is dismissed by court

I am I want divorce to my husband I file my divorce case in family court.. the court done ex party..in 2014 but some legal issue spoted in my case thats why the judge gave a order to dismiss my case. I want to know what is the next prosiser in my case .what I do knw?

You will have to file an appeal against this order under section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Since the order was passed by Family Judge in 2014 and the appeal is being filed in 2017, you will also have to explain the reason for delay because under law, this appeal should have been filed within 90 days from the date of order of Family Judge.

Just see the order and inspection the court and found defects and refiled same or file a fresh case for divorce against your husband and seeks divorce again according to the law of land. This Will help
