What is the procedure for filing divorce and maintenance

Meri shaadi ko 8saal ho gye hain.. I hv one baby boy of 6 yrs.. My hubby is drugist and having extra multiple affairs. He is residing in manilla from last 4 yrs.. Mujhe or mere bete ko koi expenditure nhi diya gya ab tk.. Pichle 8 saalo se... Now. My sister in law and mother in law has pushed me and my son out of the house in 3 clothes.. They beat me for dowry.. And put allegations on me.. I have filed case of dv and maintainance against them...i also need divorce..so guide me for the whole procedure
You can file a case under section 13 hindu marriage act against him on the ground of mental harassment and you have to prove the case on the bases of strong evidence in court ... or can also have ground of desertion
