what is the legal procedure for contested divorce?

we married on 2013, after 1 year we started fighting with each other after that we started living in different room,we have no kids my wife does not wants to give me divorce but I dont want to be with her and I pay her for the food now I want divorce.Please suggest me something
Ok.if you dont want live together and want take divorce alsso one year must be completed sepearate to each other as well as you will have to pay her maintenance.if u can do it you should file a divorce petition u/s 13 A before family court

Under which religion you get married ? If under Hindu religion then there is Hindu Marriage Act which contains provision of divorce. File divorce petition under Hindu Marriage Act. State all the facts and if possible supported by documents.
