What is the fee for mutual divorce? And both husband and wife has to hire seperate lawyer for mutual divorce?

If both, the husband and wife wish to hire separate advocates for representing themselves in their mutual Divorce Petition, the fees of a single advocate would be around 25k for the complete process, that is, from procedure of filing till final disposal of the case. No the spouses do not require to hire different lawyers if they have decided to obtain divorce by mutual consent. A common lawyer is in better position to represent both as the matter is not required to be countered. Quoting fees is the prerogative of the lawyer you hire and completely the lawyer’s decision.

No. single lawyer can act behalf of both husband n wife. lawyers fees depends on drafting consent terms, filing before proper forum and await for decision of the court. pls consult me for further assistance
