What is the alimony applicable for wife in husband is working

Hi Sir, I am husband party.I have filled a divorce against my wife because of below Reasons: 1. Wife has denied me proper sleep and food. Every day quarrelled with me during Dinner and at sleep .Also, my wife suspect my character. Fight is mainly because I am care for my parents. I need to care my parents being their only son.But, she wants me to separate and she did it. Are there any law to protect the rights of old people? It has been 4years of marriage and i have 3years daughter.i have been shifted to a rented house for around 1.5years which was forced by my wife.she has sepperated me from my parents.she has forced me to do this.after separation also she didnt end the fights n agruments. So thn i decided to seperrate and filed a divorce and now am staying with my parents. And my wife is staying on same rented house for which am paying the rent amount around 15k She is Graduate N am under graduate. there will be a full n final settlement What is maximum compensation tht can b asked
Is she also working? Has she filed any interim application for maintenance ? Alimony /maintenance will depend on both financial status ,liabilities ,daughter's expenses .If you want to offer a lumpsum as full & final settlement discuss with your advocate .

Yes. U have a very strong case for DIVORCE under cruelty. Under the latest Supreme Court judgement that if the wife is initiating and instigating the husband against his wish to stay separate from his parents without any proper reason, then the husband has right to file a Divorce petition in the court of law.
As per the Alimony (final one time settlement) is concerned there is no fixed rule relating to it. The court will take into effect factors like your income and ur current life style. As u have written that u are Under Graduate ,this will go in your favour as per the reducing of the Alimony is concerned.
If u are interested in the child custody, then in this case if the judge is convinced about the cruelty factor then u have a chance of getting the child custody also. But as u mentioned the child is 4 years, then the court might consider age factor also.
