What is Referred to Lok Adalath stage in a Divorce Petition and when is it reffered
Loka adalat means both party has to settle Dhani cable DC what is the problem you have both want to settle one time I want to get together and suppression and no one should be taken from the Lok Adalat there is no Court proceedings there is only amicable settlement process should be attended by the court

Notmally all family cases will be referred to either Lok Adalath or Mediation Center for settlement. If you are not interested then you need not attend before Lok Adalath and if call received by your advocate ask him to reject such offer.
