What if a person deny legal notice sent by him

10-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband sent me a legal notice making allegations on me properly drafted by a lawyer with its seal.. when I sent him reply through a legal notice denying his allegation… then he again sent me a legal notice stating that he was not aware of any previous legal notice.. nd was not sent by him. What can I do in this case if he files a case on me in court.. will the previous legal notice sent by him will b considered valid or not?

Hello ma’am! You should firstly disclose the nature of the legal notice and the purpose for which it was sent to you. As far as the previous legal notice is concerned, it can certainly be used by him if he was the one to have sent it but since you said that he has denied sending any such notice so you can counter him in court if he tries to use it in his favour. Kindly contact for any further help.

Hi..!!! If he has given instructions only then the lawyer would have sent the legal notice. Without instructions no lawyer can send legal notice, you should talk to that lawyer first that he has refused that he has not sent me the legal notice then on whom instructions has the lawyer sent it. Further in divorce cases there is no requirement of any legal notice, he can file a case without a legal notice also.
