What does Written statement mean

My Husband had filed for RCR and we attended 2 counselling session. But the next ones we could not attend due the Covid situation. Now when I check my case status, it says written statement. What does that mean?

you need to appoint a lawyer from your side and had to file a reply for the rcr petitiom filed by your husband and also you have give detailed expalanation as to why you are not going to your husband place and to state the reason with proper evidence

Hi

Written statement is a reply to his RCR petition
Wherein you have to put your defence if you don't want live with him.

Ultimately y9u have to file divorce petition to oppose his petition

You can also apply for maintenance etc

written statement means
pleading for defence. a written statement is the pleading of the defendant wherein he deals with every material fact alleged by the plaintiff along with any new facts in his favour or that takes legal objections against the claim of the plaintiff. if fails to file within 90 days then court will pass an order against defendant. any more information you can call me. thank you
