What does purpose of hearing - Steps mean in Mutual divorce

After court hearing the judge has been giving dates but not passing the order. Today it was updated with a new date and purpose of hearing is Steps, what does this mean? Please help.
hello client as you are saying tht in the court dates are getting changed om every date next date is been given and matter has been already heard order need to be passed but instead of tye order only dates are getting changed . but as you are saying its really a very serious issues so in tjis matter we need to go through the file to give you proper advice. thanks
