What can husband do if wife is violated the term of divorce mentioned in the mutual divorce agreement like not siging on the property papers.

If any party violates the terms of the divorce, the second party cannot be compelled to perform the terms of compromise specifically. if wife deny the follow of mutual consent petition in first motion then she violet the agreement which is produced in the court. if this situation you can file the 406 and 420 case against him. if she is not appear in the court at the time of second motion then court ordered the ex parte divorce.
