What can a wife do if the husband is remarrying for money

Dear sir/madam I married three years back.i have one and half year baby.my husband has send me to my parents home.he is not taking me back to my inlaws home.i came to know that he is planning to give divorce to me.i have not done anything wrong to him.he simply wants to remarry for money.but iam not ready to leave him.i like him.i want to continue my married life with him.can my husband get divorce without my permission.how can i solve this problem.please suggest me.

You did not mentioned wethere you people did marraige as per hindu rituals or in any other way ,as per hindu marraige act one should not remarry without giving divorce to first wife ,you can file a case against him if he planning for the same.
