File the suit foR maintenance, if uR husband appeaRs in the couRt thn good, if not than get the ex-paRte decRee & afteR obtaining decRee file execution of that decRee, couRt will eitheR aRRest him oR seeze his pRopeRty to ensuRe the payment of uR maintenance
Certainly you are entitled to maintenance/ permanent alimony even if ex-parte decree of divorce is passed in your favour. Your claim of maintenance or permanent alimony will depend upon the financial condition of your husband and you can claim from his share only. For this you have to search his source of income as well as his share in landed property and out of that only you can get permanent alimony and also the maintenance.
If you got ex parte divorce and any order for permanent alimony has been passed in your favor that can be recorded by filling execution application.
Under the execution proceeding his property can be attached.
Under the execution proceeding his property can be attached.
Madam, if you have filed matinenace and he is not paying, you can file execution application and you can get his property attached. You can also file criminal cases against him. As information from you is not complete, no proper advice could be given.
