Yes your husband is liable to look after the expenses of his child being a natural guardian. File case against him for Domestic Violence and ask maintenance for the child for its education and other expenses which a duty bound father has to do as per the law.

You on behalf of your minor 3 years old daughter may claim maintenance from her father so long as she is a minor. In the case of Smt.Sneh Prabha Vs. Ravindra Kumar, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India was pleased to hold that though the mother of the grown up daughter was earning, still the father was liable to pay towards education and other expenses for marriage of the daughter.

Yes u can get upto 15000/- p m as ur daughter is minor and she will get upto 18 years as it goes on increasing u have to file appropriate case and get order and law helps u out since u have to approach court.

You can certainly ask maintenance and school and other expenses for his child. But if you are ( along with your child ) living separately from your husband only you can show proof that your husband is not paying.
