What all needs to be declared in a mutual divorce?

Hi,
In a mutual divorce do both the parties have to declare their
a. properties
b. bank accounts
c. any other assets?
If yes, then at which stage ? Also, if someone doesn't wish to give out such information, is it allowed by law?

in mutual consent the terms and conditions of divorce are decided mutually between the parties.
permanent alimony
stridhan and custody of the child if any has to be decided.
The assets and property need not be revealed in the court unless it is a contested divorce.
