What action to take against wife have applied Dowry case on me

My wife has her house for 2 years. She sent a divorce notice 4 months ago. I talked about then her family demanded 2 lakh rupees and my jewelry was also told by them and again demanded them.
In given facts of the case if you also want divorce than appear before court concerned and support divorce petition.so far as cash and jewellery is concerened it's upon you whether you want separation through settlement or want to contest.

If she sent a notoce for dowry demand it means she has filed a criminal case in police station.you go to police station and tell them about the jewellary . Try to convince the police that whole stridhan is with her. Also return her all belongings and get bail then contract the case

my dear friend, what is your earning and on what ground she has gone, what you have done after she has gone to her parents. Is any FIR pending against you or any case for maintenance or what you have replied to the notice. all depends on facts .is your wife doing service or any thing else for her livelihood. Ok despite all these you can move an application under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights with your facts as you have replied (if given).
