.we would like to ask questions on ex party judgemebt

Husband has filed a divorce suit and wife is not running the case.it is running for 5years and completed three counsellings.both have told not interested to live together.But even then wife is not coming regularly coming only once in every three months.the judge has warned her father and told hee father to complete the case in one hearing . If she didnt come the next day and judge has given ex party judgement can the husband remarry?will it stand again if the wife appeals further regarding this ex party judgement?
the exparte order can be appealed by the wife within 90 BC days from the date of receipt of the order. though the order of exparte is valid under the law, it could have the reopen options. you can also file speedy disposal of the case by filing a case at Chennai High court.

with reference to your law rato request reg to clarify the expart judgement .it is judgement passed absence of any party to proceedings is not appear regularly before the court . it is the binding on both parties if judgement is passed. it also can appeal to set side the judgement. i hope clarified the position
