We were did registered aary samaj marriage..but I didn't went to his home after marriage..and I don't want to continue this marriage with him...but he is not ready to give an divorce..and I want a divorce and dissolve this marriage..

Well, if he is not ready to give you Mutual Divorce, then, you have to approach Court to grant you a Unilateral Divorce on proving grounds like he is either impotent or he had hidden facts from you before marrying with you.

Dear Queriest if he is not ready to give divorce to you then you file a contested divorce, wherein if he doesn't attend the Divorce proceedings then you can claim for ex-parte order and get the divorce decree. in case if he attends the proceeding then you can fight for the same. for more information about the same kindly call me.
