We want to take a mutual consent divorce

We are from nellore and we need a lawyer where we want to file for divorce. And we want to know the procedure for it
there are options for u file for divorce. firstly at the place where marriage was performed, where u both last resided together. thirdly your place of residence. basing on the options you both can file for mutual divorce.

For mutual divorce, you need to move a petition Jointly Under section 13B (1) by mentioning the grounds such as living separately for a period of 1 year and not able to live together and due to the reasons both have agreed that the marriage shall be dissolved with effect from the date of decree.
