We threatened for her 2nd husband 2nd baby

My sister in law married my brother for 2nd marriage as she has a son with the 1st husband, my brother had daughter and she threatening to take away. She left the baby and husband for 3years. She even left her husband when her son was 6yrs. Now she calls us threatened to give baby otherwise I'll send you all to the jail. So, please help us as my mother took care of the baby from the 2 months of baby age. We have neighbour's proof that what happened in the village.

ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರನ ಮಗಳು ಈಗ ಯಾರ ಜೊತೆ ಇದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿಯ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಗಂಡನ ವಿಚಾರ ನಮಗೆ ಈಗ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲ ದಾವೇ ಆಗಿ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಆಗುವಾಗ ಅದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತವಾಗಬಹುದು.ಆಕೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೆದರಿಸಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಇದೆ ? ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಆದಾಯ ಏನು ?

you may send a legal notice and ask her to come back matrimonial house and join the family. In case if she does not come you will take appropriate legal action. she has left the child at 2 month of age, she cannot after 3 years claim the child.
