We need to do divorce but my husband pressurizing me for this process.

I am not happy with the Person i am with now. We did court special marriage. But somehow we are not ready be with each other. We need to get separate

the parties to a marriage might file a petition for dissolution of marriage, by decree of divorce by mutual consent, on the ground that that they have been living separately for a period of one year or more, and that they have not been able to live together

If you both are not willing to continue because of differences in standard of living, taste of life you both can move with petition with mutual consent and can get separated with decree of divorce. You both have to file petition with terms and conditions you both find better.

In such situation suggested to go for mutual divorce. In a mutual consent divorce, the husband and wife mutually agree to separate and end the marriage. As a result, mutual divorce saves a lot of time as well as money in comparison to a contested divorce. In addition, it is also easier to file for a mutual consent divorce.
