We married on Jan2020, issue birth on 02Jul2021, wife left with issue on 12Jul2021. Now wife saying neither she will come back to matrimonial home nor giv Divorce, she wants me to see me like hell bcz she knows I can't liv without her. M a govt employee, she is now going to my ofice and defaming me infront of my colleagues. M sending her money evry month, when I send below 5K, she returns, but when I send above 5K she takes it. Her father is threating. Actually my fault in this scenario is I object to live as their GHAR JAMAI, so they started their real faces. Please suggest me what to do next .

1: file an First information report in police station of your area narrating the entire sequence of event as you have mentioned above tell them about the threating your in laws are giving you to defame you, will implicate you in false case, they just want to extract money by threating
2: file a section 9 Hindu marriage Act (restitution of conjugal right case) in family court for now
