Way to get urgent divorce while both husband and wife Govt employee

-they have a 1yr old baby.
-husband don't wish a divorce
-families didn't manhandled but was quite insulting to the wife.
-The wife loves another single man (Govt employee).
-she has eloped with the unmarried guy with the baby
Please guide for any legal cases against the wife or the other man. And remedies.
Divorce can be filed on grounds of adultery but the woman cannot be prosecuted but if adultery is proved then the wife cannot get maintenance.
"It is true that is suit for the divorced is decreed after the trial on the ground of adultery then the wife will not be entitled to get permanent alimony and maintenance U/sec 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955 because adultery alleged against her is proved."
On 2013 a local court rejected a woman’s plea for maintenance from her estranged husband after it found out that she was involved in the adulterous relationship.“The wife who engaged herself in (an) adulterous activity cannot be allowed to take advantage of her own wrongdoings,” the court said while accepting husband’s plea seeking divorce on the grounds of cruelty and adultery.
