Warrant in Maintenance case. Need support in execution and steps to be

05-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My X-husband is failing to pay maintenance for kid since 2011. He had already remarried in 2018. As he violated both lower court and high court orders to pay maintenance, distress warrant has been issued against him. He has not even appeared even once for hearing where till date it's represented only by his father. Is there an option to get non-bailable warrant in this case. He keeps absconding every time and changed his phone number more than 10 times. Kindly help.

You can try to attach his salary or if he has any property it can be attached. If your ex husband does not have any property then you can claim from his proposed share in the ancestral property or the property of your father in law. Arresting him will not do any good.
