Warn to kill and put dowri case

Hi, my wife left me before 4 months , now she , her parents and her brother warning me to kill and put dowri case ( false case) on me. She is not living with me for four months, Can she put dowri case ( false case)after 4 month , if yes then how can i be safe.

Sir, If she lodge the complaint for dowry harassment, immediately take bail and contest the matter with strong grounds. Don't worry, engage good layer, and collect the strong evidence against her for disprove her allegations which are mentioned in her complaint. She can file case against you. it up to you to disprove the allegations in the court. To safegourd your interest, contact your local advocate and apply for anticipatory bail. if anticipatory bail is obtain on the apprehension of registration of FIR, it will be valid for 3 months.
